This year, all a girl wanted was to go horsebackriding, and celebrate with friends. I got both, and I feel so full of love and well wishes. I am truely blessed. Thank you all so much!

Welcome
Hello Yoga Nation!!
I'm TONJA , and I'm a Yoga Instructor & Lululemon Ambassador from Seattle, Wa. USA. This is my blog of my Yoga teaching schedual here and internationally. I will also include travel stories from time to time, from my many adventures traveling by bike, and teaching yoga around the globe.
I have been lucky enough to travel and teach yoga for my living for the last 5 years. I have lived and taught yoga in Bangkok, Thailand, Saigon Vietnam and most recently a yoga tour through Croatia. Seattle has been my home base between adventures thanks to wonderfully supportive friends, my ongoing classes at Seattle Athletic Club, my long time work at Young Flowers, and my current position as the Yoga Trainer for the Seattle Sounders, fc and one of the two Yoga Trainers for Seattle Seahawks.
